Good product

The product so far works great, but one little problem is the start and stop switch. There is only on/off switch, so if you want to start it you click "on" switch twice, and if you stop for a bit you click "off" and then the whole thing is off again and need to restart it . It gets annoying after a few minutes of adjustments.

Time of delivery was very quick

Good delivery time, good packing, product works very nicely, easy to operate and good results. Note - 2 weeks after getting this I bought smaller one same brand for traveling.

The product is great when it works but it won’t take charge, have tried multiple leads, plugs (that are all working) but it just won’t charge, so, sadly, I can’t use it now it has no battery.

Very happy with my purchase. It does a great job cleaning the teeth and my son loves it too, it's so easy to use. Battery lasts long as well, been using it daily for 2 weeks and still goes strong.

I bought this water flosser a few months ago and I've barely used it, maybe 10 times at most. The battery completely died on me and now it won't turn on no matter how long I leave it charging

I started using water flossers a few years ago and started getting good grades for oral hygiene from my dentist as a result. I have used several models and this is far and away the best I have used so The 350 ml tank is a good feature. I also like the display that tells me the percentage charge so I know when I should charge it. The last water flosser I had did not tell me when it was getting low on battery and just quit in the middle of using it. Another feature I like is that the cover for the charging port is attached to the unit. Other flossers I have used and a plug that goes into the charging port and is removed completely when charging. I was always worried that Id loose the plug (it would easily fit down the sink drain) and then Id be screwed. I would have no way to seal off the charging port while using the device. This flosser empties the 350 ml tank faster that the much smaller tank on my old flosser was emptied. This tells me that this flosser has a much higher flow rate and moves the water between my teeth faster. I think that probably means its doing a better job. The door for the filling hole on the tank is easier to open without breaking fingernails that on previous units I have owned. These devices usually last about a year or a year and a half before the battery wont charge. So I bought the extended warranty on this one and fully expect Ill use it before two years are up.

Cihazı dik kullanın.

Parfait. Assez puissant. Facile à utiliser. Batterie tiens longtemps. Un petit sacs de rangement séparés pour les abouts aurait été bienvenu.

Great item with a lot of power. We bought this one after our old one stopped working. I would say it is on the expensive side, but considering functionality and the attachments it's what you would expect. I really like the screen that actually shows the mode you are using, battery left and even water temperature. Though I did find the battery display to be no accurate and not sure about the water temperature. It would show 15-10% battery left and then just shut down. Also did not manage to change the temperature display from F to C. I followed the instructions, but no luck. Might be I did something wrong. A great feature is UV that you can turn after every usage. Water capacity is what you would expect and it last about 1-2 min while using it. I would strongly suggest to to register it for warranty as our first one broke down only after 4 months (screen stopped working). I could still use it, but it made it a lot harder. Since I had the warranty after a couple of emails back and forth they send me a replacement.
