This knife is surprisingly awesome. I got it because i was curious about the "cleaver" style blade and figured a moderately priced knife would be a good way to learn about it. It is now one of my favorite EDC knives. Is it truly Damascus steel? I'm not an expert and i don't know, but i don't really care. It looks neat, comes quite sharp, and feels strong. The shape of the blade is what i really like about the knife. Other cleaver blades tend to feel clunky and unwieldy, but this flows out from your grip in an ergonomic fashion allowing you to use either tip or edge depending on the job. The blade comes back from the tip to have a point that is "pointy" enough to pierce packages and start cuts. Be aware the blade is thicker than most. The handle is thick enough and the right shape for a strong ergonomic grip. A little texture would have been nice, but it's hard to get texture right so I'm happy as it is. My only complaint about the knife would be that the wooden grips don't come flush with the metal frame, which does affect the comfort of your grip. It's a bit heavy, which i don't mind but some people might not like it. It's also a bit bulky, which you can feel in your pocket. Again, i don't mind it but some people might. The leather sheath is silly and immediately went in the trash. The knife has a good clip and sits in the pocket well, so the sheath is completely unnecessary.

I love this knife. It comes super sharp and ready to work. Opening the blade is almost effotless. This knife is a beautiful desk piece but at a pocket knife price 10 out of 10 highly recommended!!!

Super sharp, opens smoothly and looks great!! Nice weight to it and yet it's not too big. You can definitely tell it's made to last. Excellent buy for the money !!

Beautiful blade and comes VERY SHARP and well oiled……poor construction though…..this thing is about to pop loose and I haven’t had it for a month. You will need to buy a cheap little set of tools to keep it tightened. I have to shelf mine until Wednesday when Amazon arrives. It literally feels like it is about to fall apart. Edit: Owner offered full replacement but after tightening I have had no issues.

Rly worth the price sweet knife

Before I purchased this knife, I read the reviews and a lot of people were talking about the screws coming out. So the first thing I did was take all the screws out and put threadlock on them. As for as the blade, it looks GREAT! It's very sharp and it holds its edge very well. I'm going to purchase another one for my uncle.
