My spine from neck to tailbone is in bad condition. I bought 2 to use in my recliner. Needed to have more firm support plus sit a little more forward so my feet touch the floor. I lean one on the lower part of the recliner back with wide part of wedge at bottom. Love tailbone cutout! The 2nd one I use strap to wrap around top of recliner. Wide part of cushion is up with tailbone cutout up. Narrow part of cushion meets other cushion in middle. Tailbone cutout is perfect to rest my head. Makes firm comfortable support in recliner for back and neck. Allows air circulation so is more comfortable than the leather recliner or pillows. Foam always keeps it’s shape and firmness. Best pain relief I have found for sitting!

Two weeks ago I did a road trip (about 600 miles). It was wonderful! Your cushion completely removed the issue of recently acquired chronic sacroiliac pain (SI Joint Pain). I had borrowed a car with a 6 way power driver seat for a previous 700 mile road trip and discovered that tilting the seat forward helped. My car does not have that feature, but the cushion does the trick; even better than the power seat. Your cushion is much simpler and costs a lot lot less than replacing the driver's seat with a 6-way. At the group home where I work every other weekend the dining room table is the best place to set up my laptop. But the chairs are not suitable for sitting very long, especially with my back trouble and the height of the table relative to the chair seat is not good for typing or mousing. I found that taking the cushion out of the car and using it at the table greatly improves that situation. Also, I discovered that sitting on the bleachers at the kids' ball games using the cushion not only makes it more comfortable, it keeps the backside of my pants from getting dirty. Being not entirely waterproof the foam gets damp when sitting in the rain. So, the ease of removing the foam for drying is appreciated. The one negative that I have found is that the straps need frequent readjusting because they loosen a bit. I frequently have business to do a hundred miles away, 200 round trip. The cushion makes that trip shorter because it is more comfortable. I am embarking on a 750 mile road trip tomorrow and have a 1500 mile road trip coming up in a couple months. I am very glad to have the cushion. It is definitely the best twenty-five bucks I have ever spent.

I ordered this wedge cushion from Amazon.com after learning from Bob and Brad's youTube videos about the importance of appropriate standing and sitting posture for people like me who are struggling me with a herniated disc and sciatic nerve leg pain/numbness. From the moment I unboxed and sat on this wedge, I've noticed an improvement in my back and legs. What a relief! Just as advertised, it works in my car, office chair, and various-sized dining room chairs, The design is attractive, comfortable, and sturdy, and the strap is handy for carrying it.

The seat in my Kia Soul just didn't feel right. My knees were too high and my rear end was too low, causing pressure under my legs. This cushion is just right. It fits well on the seat, provides just enough support, takes the pressure off from under my thighs and allows me to see the hood of the car. I tried the Desk Jockey cushion -- it was too firm for me and too small. And I tried the Everlasting Comfort cushion -- it was too soft and my back started hurting in under 2 minutes. This was definitely the winner. And, it has a strap to keep it in place.

I genuinely wanted to like this. I was needing a booster type seat in my Jetta to compensate for the bucket seats and to help with posture and alignment of my back. This cushion was terrible I used it for about a week. During that week I found myself hunching forward and having a new back pain. The cutout for the tailbone is too large and I found that my entire bum would just kind of sink into the cutout. I only weight about 150lbs and within 20 minutes of sitting on this it was flat as a pancake, the cushions just didn't hold up. I returned this item.

so comfortable I love it

Used the cushion to add height in a vehicle. I'm a delivery driver and used this cushion 4 days a week on 10 hour shifts. The cushion is comfortable and does what it says. I like that you can remove the cover and wash it but over time (had mine for a year and a half) the cushion itself has gotten a dark gray to almost black. Not sure if this is mildew. No smell to it but will probably be purchasing a different cushion just to be safe.
