How easy are these to open? My mother is having night lows so I want something that she can easily open if I am not there for some reason.

Not very easy, we stop purchasing them. They're also ver sweet tasting, my mother did not like it. Instead we used the liquid method and just open the bottle for her and leave it near her bed at night. During the day, the open bottle stay's int he refrigerator it taste better that way, when you may need to use it.

Are these safe for extreme heat and or cold? Like -10 up to 130 degrees Fahrenheit

They are really resistant to both temperatures, I left one of them in my car and the hot temperatures didn’t brake the package
