Great, great machine

I love everything about this machine...I use it for sausage making and it cuts my time considerably. Easy to clean. Quite heavy, so I purchased a SS worktable with rollers as a permanent location.

I am not satisfied

The bowl cover is located above the knife, so it is very dangerous to push the material from the bowl cover on the bowl. Bowl cover is fixed by four screws, so it is very difficult to clean. Unsafe and inconvenient to use.
