Product description ------------------- A easy way to make this classic Spanish dessert. Just like making custard, you simply add milk and sugar, bring to the boil and pour into ramekins or the classic Crema Catalana terracotta dishes to cool and set. Before serving, caramelise a layer of sugar either with the traditional "caramelising iron" or cooks blow torch. From 3/4 litres of milk, separate a cup to dissolve the contents of one packet of Crema Catalana Carmencita. Add from 6 to 8 big spoonfuls of sugar. 2. Put the rest of the milk on to boil. Add the contents of the cup slowly to the boiling milk and stir continuously for 3 minutes. 3. Take the crema off the boil, pour into s and allow to cool. 4.
