Can i use this to put in a topping as rice flour for tiger bread

I’ve never made tiger bread but I use it in other recipes that ask for rice flour.

Is this product gluten free?

I'm not sure if this is gluten free. I have looked it up on the Internet and cannot find the answer for you. Perhaps you could contact Whitworths and ask them for the information. I do not buy it because it may be gluten free. I just buy it because it makes a very easy milk pudding. Cooked on the hob it only takes 10-15 minutes of simmering to be ready to eat. I used to use flaked rice too but cannot seem to buy it now.

Still makes lovely desert

Bought recently as I have had gastric flu and couldn't stomach most foods. Very pleased that this is still the same as always and makes a quick, very easy to digest milky pudding.

Ground Rice

Exactly what expected. Shame had to resort to online purchase as local shops and major supermarkets no longer appear to be stocking this product
