Does it fit
This did not fit my Lexus IS300 2020 it was too long on the bottom and kept hitting the cruise control could not even install

Looks cool, but flimsy adhesive
Custom cut adhesive pieces that come to attach to paddles are no good, one went on fine and the other has absolutely no stickiness to it

Quality!! But it’s Not for me.
This is a wonderful product in general and as well made. It doesn’t work for me personally, because it attaches to the OEM levers using a double sided sticker. I also disliked how it felt driving and turning specifically. But if you’re able to overcome that obstacle, you may enjoy this product. It is aesthetically pleasing. Feels like a very high-quality product. Nice consistent gloss.

So far so good, I'm hoping the adhesive if comes with will be able to hold. Look amazing on my all black interior for IS350 F3.

So far quality is there. Pretty solid and good finish. Note: once you install the right paddle it may make contact with the cruise control lever. I added additional 3m tape at the bottom section of the paddle to increase sitting height for clearance which works well till this day Hope this helps!
