I was expecting something totally different my daughter has the same one I purchased hers quite as could be mine not so much horrible can’t sleep with it on

In all my years of living, I have never seen such a terrible fan. I’m not one to be negative or put anyone down but this is gotta be the worst fan I’ve ever experienced in my entire life sets me off that it’s $80. If you’re looking for specifics, all you need to know is you’re more likely to feel humidifier than this fan. I can’t even tell if it’s turned off or on.

I’ve had this fan now for two years, since I’ve been married. We didn’t have AC in our old house, so I needed an additional fan to circulate air at night, especially during the summer. I will say, yes, it is a quiet fan. However, it does not perform well as a fan to cool you down like most fans, even desk, or triple-A battery operated handheld ones. We had to invest in a $20 dollar fan, which works much better for just cooling us down, but now that we live in a house with central air, we use this one for noise at night. Definitely not worth any more than $30. Again, quite confused why everyone loves this fan.

This fan flawlessly performs as advertised offering all the benefits of a cooling fan. It's a no-brainer to assemble and operate using either the remote or the fan's touch pad. What's more, it's very quiet during its operation. Excellent product and value.

We needed a bladeless fan for my daughter's bedroom, and went with this model because we own a portable Honeywell AC that we love. The fan is tall and sleek, quite light so easy to move around, but it can be easily toppled over. They probably made the base more sleek so it fits everywhere, but for the height it needs a wider base. I didn't take any start off for this because I expected it to be like that. It has 5 settings, the lower three and whisper quiet, levels 4 and 5 louder, but not excessively (I can carry a conversation without yelling). Similarly, the lower three settings give quite a wear airflow, the highest setting is good for an average room. We got it for a bedroom, so it's good enough, but I wouldn't recommend it for a larger space. It has a timer so you can set it for bedtime and it turns itself off. It also has a swivel function that covers a good angle, and it can also be turned off. Installation took 5 minutes (snap the base on), and the buttons are very intuitive, so we barely even needed the manual. The fan settings can be changed on the fan itself, or using a small remote (but not too small that it would get easily lost).What I particularly love are two things:1. The light that turns on when setting the speed turns itself off after a short while, so it wouldn't disturb a sleeping person.2. There are no beeps when setting it. I have MANY cooling and heating devices that beep and it's very annoying. I could change the speed using the remote while my daughter is sleeping, and there are no sounds. This was a huge relief.If you need a fan for a small room and you're on a budget, buy this one. Buy the black one, it's nicer looking than the white one we got.

I'm pretty happy with this fan. I live in an older, top-floor apartment that gets pretty hot in the summer. The quiet mode is indeed quiet and provides a nice, subtle breeze throughout the night.I'm knocking a star off because a *tick* developed over time while rotating, which ruined the quietness of the fan. During assembly, there is a red locking washer that you screw in. I guess I did it up too tight when I assembled it and it deformed either the base or the fan just enough to make that noise. I backed it off a bit and the noise went away. You only need to tighten it up one or two clicks, which should have been mentioned in the assembly instructions.

This works very well. Better than the old stick fan it's replaced. It pushes enough air to cool a 20'*20' room easily at not full speed.I don't know why people think this is loud. You can hear the fan at the higher levels but quiet enough to not disturb anything.If it makes noise when oscillating, make sure the collar is tightened properly to secure the fan to the base.

We had this unboxed and running in our living room in 10 minutes. The remote control takes 2 aaa batteries not included. So be sure to order some triple A batteries along with this wonderful machine! It is so quiet on the highest setting that conversation volumes are still comfortable and we don’t have to turn the TV or music up too loud. It is an enjoyable addition to our home, decor, and lifestyle.
