Great Betty Crocker instant mashed potatoes! So convenient to have in the cupboard...easy and quick to prepare...very tasty. Instead of adding butter, I added close to a tablespoon of olive oil, which I incorporated into the mashed potatoes, and they were absolutely delicious.
