Incorrect Brand/Make
The SSD is from KIOXIA Corporation and not by Dell. However it would work with Dell laptops.

Very fast
At the recommendation of Dell Technical support I purchased this to update and speed up my older laptop. It works very well. Don’t think the laptop was even close to this fast even when new.

Dell SSD drive didn't work and vendor wouldn't take the return.
I took delivery of this item 2/7, but wasn't able to get my computer to the tech support company in Denver (250 miles away), until mid-March. It was in the original shipping box the entire time, as I had no way to install it myself. After I dropped it off, the tech support company called immediately and said that they were unable to get the drive to work, after trying several different ways. Since I was outside the 30 days the vendor is saying that for "health and safety reasons", they won't accept a return. Very disgusted that I paid $137 for a drive that doesn't work. Strongly recommend not using this vendor, due to bad product and inflexible return policies. I've never had another computer product I've bought on Amazon that didn't work.
