This is a high-quality product! I've been using it for a long time, and it still works perfectly. I highly recommend it for storing your laundry and towels. It's also great for optimizing space!

1 star is bc we do really like this unit but the bags omg the bags are horrendous. The styrofoam sticks to them unboxing & it is thee worst kind of styrofoam too, like tiny clingy snowballs evvvverywhere. You’ll have to scrap off tediously. Then spend half a day cleaning. But ok fine once you do then you’re left with the horrid smell of the bags which takes about 3 times washing & drying to get past. Then once that is done & you fit them into the very noisey tracks - the bags tear at the seams & the board inserts at the bottom soften & mold from anything damp you might put in. Apparently they can not give new bags separately so you have to DISMANTLE the entire unit, ship back, & they send you a whole new unit which PLEASE DONT I can’t go through the unboxing again

We recently got a stacked washer and dryer, and it took away my folding table! Small laundry room, so no room to bring on even a folding table. So when I saw this, with three compartments, albeit smaller than the baskets I was using. But it fits into my laundry room closet. In the first picture are the two laundray baskets I removed; in the second is the new laundry organizer and one basket I still need. The ideal would be four or five baskets.It assembles ridiculously easy. I took of one star because the “screws” that hold the top together are plastic, and the bags are held with velcro, and it’s not an exact fit. It seems to me that for $50+ the screws could have been metal and the velcro more reliable.There are no sharp or splintery edges, and it is attactive. It appears the bags can be washed.On the product page it is indicated that this item is currently on sale for $64.59, with the regular price listed at $132.99 ; as above, I only paid $50. I would not pay that much.But for $50, I have a decent product.

Very easy to put together. Packing material sticks to the bags and shreds when trying to remove. Huge mess.

I don't write many reviews but I am ridiculously happy with this laundry storage unit. I have a VERY small laundry area but I knew I could fit something there to help me get organized and am thrilled I came across this piece. First of all it took all of about 10 minutes to put together. I added a basket for that middle shelf, which is big enough to hold detergent, bleach, stain removers etc so my already cramped spaced doesn't look cluttered. It's reasonably sturdy for what it is and gives me just enough space to fold my clothes. In love with this!Update: I ran into the same issues others mentioned about the hamper not staying on the track. I absolutely love this product. I have bought other laundry carts before that were very flimsy. This is well built easy to put together for one person.

This cart met all my measurement needs, my want for 3 baskets, my need for a hard top, and the look I wanted in the laundry room. Unfortunately, it was received damaged twiceand Customer service recommends not replacing the same item. This is highly disappointing. I was really looking forward to using this item.

This storage shelf/hamper unit was exactly what I needed to fit in a very small space in my laundry room. It was also super easy to put together, so much so that my 3 year old did 75% of the assembly by himself! It is not as solid as a full wood cabinet would be but it is sturdy enough for my purposes. It also comes with the option to do either casters (non-locking) or feet. Great product overall!
