Can’t complain about this product, only can praise it. All five of my cats gobbled it down immediately, so it must be tasty. It also has a good portion of juice which is great for my two older male cats. Smells good, not chemically or like it is one of those cheap brands from this big pet food producers, and the shredded bits are not too big. Five cats, five stars!

Great product to add extra moisture and protein to either dry or wet food. The people complaining about how it squirts out when they open it need to learn to shake and squeeze. Shake it to push any shreds to the bottom. Squeeze both sides to help move liquid down. Tilt it back from the side you’re opening from. It’s not that hard. The people complaining about how THEIR cat doesn’t like it. No one cares. Your cat is subjective. Write an actual objective review of the product.

My cats really like the toppers. However, the packaging is not conducive to a straightforward serving. The broth spouts out of the package as soon as it is even slightly torn open. That occurs whether tearing the pouch open as directed, or opening with scissors. No way to avoid spilling broth all over yourself and the counter top. And sadly, once the broth issue is dealt with, the folds in the bottom of the packet capture the shredded meat and vegetables making it necessary to scrape out the food caught in the folds. Very difficult to get 100% of the shredded food out of the pouch, wasting food and money. The packaging needs to change. That applies to the dog toppers as well.

I have finicky eaters when it comes to flavors and textures and this helps when they are being stubborn eaters. The label calls it a "protein booster" and says it supports daily hydration too but, it is strictly intended for 'intermittent or supplemental feeding only." In other words, it does not contain 100% nutrition requirement for cats and it should be used along with a complete and well-balanced cat food diet (be it dry or canned). I also like that it is grain-free and doesn't contain soy, corn, wheat, meat-by-products, or artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. The only downsides are that it doesn't 100% meet a cat's daily nutritional needs, and the packets are not recyclable and make it a bit difficult to serve up even portions to multiple cats. I think that most cats will love it and owners need to take care that your cat is eating its regular diet and not getting spoiled on this 'booster.' Also, It is 'shredded', not pate, in broth so If your cat has difficulty chewing or swallowing 'shreds' of meat then I would not recommend this variety. I give this Wellness product 4 stars.

Our cats absolutely go wild for these, even my pickiest cat.

My cat absolutely loves these boosters. I put them on top of her regular food that she snubs, and a little of the juice and the meat spread over the top and she eats it all up.
