Streamlined minimalist external appearance
Excellent replacement for unsightly hose tap when installing in visually sensitive locations. Ideal for boats. Adapter on hose opens water valve and has been drip free since installed a few months ago. Note that the threads for plumbing are USA 1/2” NPT (I think its called) and require a brass adapter to UK 1/2” BSPT. I bought a few on *bay from context pneumatics. Only downside is high cost. Recommend that length required is carefully checked to suit location.

Outstanding and discreet outdoor tap
I am extremely happy with our Aquor House Hydrant V1+! It's outstanding and I couldn't find anything like it on the market. It's evidently built from high quality materials that will last. We live in the UK with a brick house on a pedestrianised street so we didn't want a typical outdoor tap. This one is very discreet and noone will know what it is. I'd highly recommend it! The only thing I will mention is that when we hired a plumber, it took them longer than anticipated to install it as it is a unique outdoor tap. Also, it didn't seem to work with an additional dual-check valve which the plumber ended up removing (so I'd mention this to your plumber to speed-up troubleshooting). However, this is not an issue as there is built-in backflow prevention within this unit/the hose attachments. Finally, I'd recommend buying the plastic Hozelock "threaded tap connector" size 26.5mm / 3/4", as the metal one did not fit the hose attachment.

Not British standard connectors
Great idea and a well built piece of equipment. Unfortunately it uses US spec connectors, NPT on the inside and GHT on the outside, so needed an adapter and a hose connector bought separately to fit.

Stylish, worry free garden hose conector
I wanted a garden hose connector that I didn't have to drain down and insulate in the winter. So glad I found Aquor that solved this problem for me. It works great and looks beautiful!

3/4 tread for garden hose is unusual
Company have to check 3/4 hose for garden hose or put it in the kit. It's nearly impossible to find right adapter. The only I managed to fit is Hose lock and even it you can see how the plastic is stretched. No other adaptors from local stores fit.we are UK but I see same reviews from USA

My sister has an older brick ranch house that she’s putting up for sale soon. We’re in the process of freshening up stuff that needs to be done before selling. She had five (5) outdoor spigots and four of them leaked. Couldn’t ever get the water to turn off completely. Drip drip drip. No inside shutoff valves. Had to put the foam covers on every winter which is a royal pain. I told her a friend had installed these at their house and loved them. Already had a plumber coming to replace toilets and faucets so I ordered four V1’s. The plumber hadn’t ever installed them before but was super impressed with the ease of installation and the overall quality of the Aquor line. They definitely updated the look outside and NO MORE DRIPS!! Whoo hooo! My sister loves how easy they are to use and I’m ordering more for my house. Great product!! Highly recommended! Make sure to shop around for the best price. Found them $20 cheaper after purchase.

I just installed my first V1+ and it is amazing. I used pex to hook to my old hose bib line, raised it up to about 4 feet off of the ground and now I just love it. It's well below freezing outside and I used it during the day to water some trees. Works great and is simply awesome and fun. Super easy to use. I installed it in about 2 hours once I had everything I needed.

Was just what I needed for the other side of my garage, meaning inside patio area, where one would actually need one. Wife is happy with it. I wish I didn’t have to buy a separate Adapter to shorten even more, since my exterior wall had 2by’s and siding as opposed to brick. I had to buy a shortening elbow to connect to my pex and still fit in the wall. Decided to install recently when I had to replace a spigot that ruptured, so I just tee’d off of it with pex and covered line with a ton of insulation. Something that I thought it wasn’t all that cool is that the stick for “opening” the faucet doesn’t have a shut off valve or pressure control. I mean, come on guys, the product is great, but it’s not solving water crises, enough to be happy about paying close to $ 130 all in JUST for spigot. Anyway, just what I needed for this situation… cheers

This item was really easy to install yourself and easy to use. Works great. For your install make sure you don't buy one that is too long. If you follow what I'm saying the install is easy. If you don't follow and make the same mistakes i dud it could be more of a pain in the ..... This is hoe I di it in case you want to know. Measure from the spigot base to the first bend of your pipe. (If your pipe is straight from the spigot and stays straight for a number of feet then thats even better get the longest one) if not the measurement doesnt have to be very accurate. You just have to make sure you buy one that will go though the wall and os shorter then your pipe before it bends. (of course you can put it in no matter what but for easy easy easy this is the way) This was the first mistake that I made. If you are ordering the 6 inch one it's actually 8 inches long. Add 2 inches in over all length to the item and then add about an inch and a half for your shark Bite ( which I'll get to) so this means if you measure the length from your outside spigot base to the first bend in your pipe, Say it is 10 inches then you want to order the 6 inch one. To be safe add 4 inches to the length for proper fit This is exactly what I did and it was easy. My pipe was 10 so I got the 6 inch one. 1 Shut off the water. 2 Unscrew spigot 3 Get a pipe cutter and cut pipe as close to the outside wall as close as you can. ( you may have to use a hacksaw) 4 widen hole in the wall because typically the aquar was wider than ither spigots i had ) widen hole of needed using a drill and hole saw 5 put your sharkbite onto the aquar with pipe tape and tighten. ( if you don't know about these sharkbites you can get them any home improvement store like lowes , home depot they snap into your pipe and you dont need to solder (sodder) a pipe or use clamping tools. If you look at my pictures you will see what one looks like) 6 Put the aquarium spigot in the hole and see what length it is to your pipe. Mark your pipe where the end of the sharkbite is ( the sharkbite goes in less than a quarter-inch so give yourself a but extra. And then cut ( use liquid paper or any marker you can see on a pipe.) 7 cut your pipe again, remember you can't add but always take away. 8 put aquar and the sharkbite , that you already put together into the hole and click your pipe in. ( you will literally hear a click. ) 8 screw the aquar to your wall on the out side and you are done. Don't forget the plastic cover and angling piece they give you so your aquarium drains properly. I've done three of these so far and I can do it less than a half hour now. This thing is made great and looks and operates fantastic. Already multiple friends have bought and used them . Everyone loves them and there is nothing to say about them that isn't good
