Thus unit was awesome! Fit right where we had an older unit didn't have to change the wall at all where it went because it was so much like the older version. Only problem we had was the fan is not cut and installed in the unit the best. When turning on it tends to tap the housing some making it a little loud but when you need heat and its already installed you deal with it.

Worked great. We installed to replace the same model 194 unit that had failed. Really kicks out the heat in our 200 sf room. Easy installation.

Have had this for two years, one year into having it, start making a horrible loud noise, I have tenants in the apartment. I put this in, and they could complain constantly about the loud noise, I had an electrician look at it, and he said these things are garbage, and it cannot be repaired, that was $300 wasted.

Works great

At first, it worked great. A year into the product the fan started making loud noises. I took off the cover and saw that the whole thing was loose. I had to turn it off during the coldest part of the season. There’s no way of getting repair parts from this company.

I bought this heater to replace one that was 15 years old. The old one had the thermostat go out and it just ran nonstop. Rather than throwing parts at it, I just ordered a new one. This unit puts out good heat. It is a bit loud, but it is just the fan sound. The thermostat seems to call for heat more than I would like even on low, all in all it is a good product that does what it is supposed to.

Remodeling house. Heater was installed in April . Was used first in July. It will not go on most of the time. The switch is defective. The box has long been discarded. How do I get this replaced. Love it when it works. Truly heats the whole bathroom. Please give guidance. Where will I see an answer?

Fit where needed and works great

This Heater was purchased to replace an old model #194 that had served us well for over twenty+ years. Dimensions are the same, so the new unit fit directly into the framed wall opening without any cutting or drywall repairs required ...like a hand in a glove. The problem is the new heater frame, fan mount and in-wall box all vibrate when the fan is running, creating Excessive NOISE! I have spent many frustrating hours adding vibration isolators at various locations to reduce the ensuing 'rattle' when the heater is running. More attention to quality manufacturing would have eliminated this problem ...but it does heat very well.

Just found out with the mechanical engineer, this product should not be selling to canada. Bought 6 units, two of them are not working.
