ok that filter is not used in any of our intake kits..it is made by AFE........it is called a Universal Cone Filter...here are the dimensions. if they are the same as the old filter then yes it will fit....

Ryan p/n 21-91035 will not fit the intake kit p/n 56-70002D. you need p/n 21-91103. it is a dry filter as well and will fit that intake kit. thank you.
