Good tire especially for the price
No issues with tires. I hate spending alot of money for 18 inch tires. in New England they get ripped up on the roads so they never make the millage. Good grip on road not loud.Will post if things change

Very poor customer service, failure to solve a problem to my satisfaction
I bought 4 "new" Nexen tires from 4 Wheel online. One of the tires appears to be slightly used as you can tell in the side by side photo... it's dirty. The treads contain bits of gravel, and show scuffing. The three other new tires have little nubs indicating they've never been used, and the tire in question is smooth (no nubs). I will say that I was happy about the pricing and how quickly I received the order initially, but with impending travel plans and my efforts to solve this quickly, it's been a total frustration. I've received no phone call; only emails that are slow to arrive, poorly written and don't sufficiently address the issues I've raised. If this is what you have to go thru for a good price, I should have gone elsewhere and paid more.

This may well be an “under rated” tire .,
These tires are wonderful. I have just installed them in the last week, but they are quiet and have excellent traction on dry pavement as well as wet and slushy roads after a couple of storms up here in the mountains.
