Q: does this have a recline option

It does not have multiple recline options, just one rear facing and one forward facing. If you need it to recline more than it already is then recline the vehicles seat as far back as it will go, pull the foot end of the car seat up as high as it goes (making it recline more), and then put the vehicle seat back up as far as it can go. That will keep it reclined enough for a small infant (0+ months).

Q: is there a latch system

Yes, but I find the hook/carabiner latch system very difficult to work with, especially coupled with the fact that the strap release button doesn't work well (read the reviews). Some older models have a latch that includes a larger red button (similar to a seat belt button). Those are much easier to work with and I would encourage anyone buying this seat to make sure you acquire the version with the red button release.

No this seat is a standalone product, from what I can tell. You have to take it out/unlatch if you want to move it to another vehicle. Doesn't fit in strollers. I also have a click connect snug ride.

Q: Did anyone else have trouble getting this seat to not wobble around, even though it's cinched as tight as it will go?

Yes! I just purchased this car seat as an additional one for my mom's car and it was super wobbly even after having my husband put all his weight on it and try to pull the strap. After some research this video from the Car lady was the solution: https://youtu.be/3QM5Jr_Zc_I
