Let’s be honest. These reviews are really mixed. I really wasn’t sure how this would turn out. But I took a chance and honestly it was worth it. There is a teeny tiny scratch on the screen, but other than that, this phone is amazing. The battery is at 98%. And everything works as intended. But just in case anything goes wrong, I have backed up my phone. I would recommend you do the same.

I’m amazed. I was very hesitant to buy a used iPhone on the Internet through Amazon, but Amazon makes it so easy to make a return that I thought I would try it. I bought the iPhone 13 mini because I’m 5 foot and my hands are small and even though I have a iPhone 14 it was just too big and uncomfortable for me. I am telling you this is the sweetest phone I’ve ever had.The purchase price was reasonable. The quality of the phone is amazing. It’s everything I wanted and more. Shipping was supposed to be two days when I woke up the next morning the phone was at my doorstep. It was so easy to transfer all my information from my previous iPhone 14 to my new iPhone 13 mini. The new phone came 100% charged with a battery capacity of 98% no scratches no fingerprints gorgeous phone I couldn’t be more thrilled. So for anyone out there who is hesitant to buy a used phone from Amazon I highly recommend doing so. It cost 50% less and you’ll be 100% happy.

The phone just came today and honestly I'm very surprised by the quality. I was always skeptical of how these products would be in real life but I'm blown away. First of all the phone looks very clean and brand new. There's just a small dent on the top left that's all. The battery life is 96%, which is amazing! Without the dent it would be very hard to tell whether the phone was previously owned. I would recommend getting the premium renewed rather than the regular renewed as the quality will be guaranteed. Great product, highly recommend.

The iPhone 13 that I purchased has been a a great upgrade. I have been an iPhone user owner since the iPhone 6 and have loved everyone this one was a great surprise in the length of time that I get with the battery.

I was a little nervous ordering a refurbished phone without seeing it in person first, but let me tell you this is premium condition. The phone came with the tiniest little scratch on the side but absolutely looks brand new besides that. Also battery life is at 100%. I can not be happier with my purchase.

It looks nice, I love the color. Works perfectly fine. Only issue is that screen protectors won't fully go flat on the screen. I have tried multiple differnent types of screen protector and all of them keep bubbles around the edges. It doesn't bother me too much, but It would be more visually pleasing if there weren't bubbles. that is my only complaint
