Sweet 4 season tent.
Intuitive assembly, lots of gear pockets, top vents, kept me dry over snow with rain, sleet, hail, and snow, with powerful gusts for 3 days. Kept one top vent open whole time, not a drop in tent. Packs back up with room to spare if you know how to roll up a tent. The vestibule poles are a pain at first, must be pushed through slowly, it takes some patience, but honestly its hardly a deal breaker. Slept 2 adults and my 8 year old, with backpacks. Not much room to spare, perfect for 2 adults and gear. Some reviews stated poor headroom, I disagree, however I am 5'9", for me it was spacious enough. Definitely on the heavy side, but well worth it if you've ever used a 3 season tent in the winter.. All in all, a quality product, and a great value.

My masion in the woods.
Took this tent out for a test in the White Mountains during the mid fall time frame. The forecast was for rain then possible snow. The tent set up took less that 20 minutes. Only complaint about setup are the pole sleeves and that when setting up the fly, the wind can catch the fly so it's difficult to set this up alone when windy without damaging the tent. (also make sure to stake the tent down before attempting to erect it.) During the night it rained 3+ inches with incredible downpours then changed to snow. Weatherman says 3+ inches during the night and 2+ inches of snow. I stayed completely dry even with one of the vents open. Wind was also blowing 40+. The tent did an awesome job. Snow did blow up under the vestibule but I could have prevented that if there was more snow to work with. I brought along a camp chair and was able to hang out in the forward vestibule sitting in the chair with the top of the opening cracked to see out! Tons of room under that. The rear vestibule was fine for my pack. Could have handled many more. The tent lets in good light was something else I noticed. Head room is also a real plus during that storm. I did not have to kneel all the time. This tent was my mansion in the woods. Pack weight with a floor-saver and stakes is 10.6 pounds on my digital kitchen scale. It's bulky so I took my 80L pack that trip. Worth the weight to have that luxury out there. Loads of room everywhere.

Great tent with premium features
Difference between this 4-season tent and other 3-season tents is that even without the rain fly, you cannot see through the mesh walls. I think this is what keeps the draft/wind out. For ultimate warmth, the rainfly must be properly buckled in (easy to do) and rainfly vestibules have to be staked. For summer camping, there are really nice airvents at the top of the tent that can be opened from inside. I know the fabric quality is good after my rottweiler tried to claw the inside of the tent to get out (squirrel) and nothing ripped.I also love that all 4 walls of the tent are lined with mesh pockets to hold small things like cellphone, keys, toiletries. Helps with organization. As a solo camper with a dog, I don't need the extra vestibule space but I like to set it up anyway because it makes the tent seem extra roomy. If you have an extra footprint, you can set up a table and gear in the vestibule space, or even a dog bed for a large dog.Overall, setting up takes a bit of time, much faster with 2 people, but for the quality and warmth, its worth it.

Great product for its price!
Very easy to set up with plenty of room for two people with gear in the tent itself. Three people might be pushing it but might be ok if you are smaller. I will update my post at a later date when I get to use it fully. Held up great in the 40+ mph wind we got the other night. The only issue I have had is putting the two poles in the rain fly, the sleeves are a little tight to be able to put them in and makes it take a little longer. I set the whole thing up in less than 15 minutes the first time I set it up... 7 minutes of that was me trying to get those two poles in. But other than that it’s a great tent for its price. I will update this post when I give it a good test later this month after my next trip.

Worth my money.
Ive used the tent a few times now. I can say im largely happy with it. Based in expectations, it received 4 stars, but i dont know anything in the modern world would receive 5 stars. Yes, its made in foreign lands, as is everything else made by "more reputable " companies, and made very adeptly. Seams are well made and even, and the fabric is of decent quality. I am impressed with the design. Cavernous vestibules, though its hard to stand up directly out of the tent while one fiddles awkwardly with their shoes. You have to duck first. The venting worked fantastically in humid nights and i stayed dry in the rain, great design accessible from the interior. Ample headroom, though side to side leaves the 3 person rating seem a bit of a snuggle in warm weather. In the 4th season, which I haven't the joy yet, snug is life giving. 2nd setup was at night, with no headlamp. It went up smoothly. Its slightly asymmetrical, so put the writing up front, tent and fly. Nice. The rainfly weighs as much as the tent and poles. I eat & pick things up. If youre all about the ultralight, sleep in your backpack instead of whining about the tent. Zippers arent snaggy in the least bit. Which is more than i can say about some of our uber expensive "outdoor" clothing manufacturers. The floor of the tent, as stated prior isnt the heaviest fabric ive encountered. I hear the footprint is hard to find, if it exists at all. Some scissors and your choice of typical diy camper fabrics solves your problems, if you're helpless, im sorry, buy an msr tent and the footprint that costs as much as this whole tent did. Theres pockets running the circumference inside. Nice. A queen mattress fits inside with a little room on the sides & a ton of room front to back. Nice...if thats how your "other" rolls...to me, thats to give a idea of size. Rainfly isnt kissing the ground. Cool, the bathtub floor is waterproof. Is a hair loose though, no boiiiiinng. Not in love with the door when the outside of the tent is soaked, but a $700 tent has the same problem. Good luck. The ends of the tent poles can come loose, either pay attention when removing them or tap the end of the tubing with a nailset & solve your issues. No matter what, you cant lose them anyways. The stakes that come with the tent worked great in several soils, & pull out easily by holding an extra stake perpendicular in the notches provided. I like them. Theres no good reason to knock them, 'cept you just wanna complain. I stayed cool enough in burning heat (fly open) and warm enough on a chilly fall night. All in all im highly impressed. Especially for the money. It rivals most, and surpasses some stupid expensive tents. Jolly good show that seems, so far, well worth my money.

This is a fantastic tent that I would recommend in a heartbeat.
This tent is great. Well built. Sturdy. Freestanding. It's not super small when it's packed, so it's not great if you're a hiker (unless you're with a couple other people and sharing the load). But for motorcycle camping it was genius.I've read some other comments regarding the fly and how it's awkward. I get what they're saying but here's the thing. If you want a four season tent, you need an independently supported fly and that means fly poles. It's really not a big deal. Throw the fly over the tent then threat the two poles. Setup is, in total about 12-15 minutes. Tear down about the same. This is a fantastic tent that I would recommend in a heartbeat. The one negative is the venting. I will need to figure out the best way to keep air flowing through the night as even with just one person I had some condensation inside. Overnight it was about -2° Celsius.I highly recommend you buy the matching ground sheet. (https://amzn.to/315xoM2)

If you're looking for a well made tent for 3 people look at this one for sure
the tent is solid, I put it up on the lawn and it shrugged off a stormy Melbourne night no problem. The thing is huge when set up, 3 people would comfortably fit in it. 2 vestibules is good too. Ventilation seems good.I paid 128 AUD for it, which is a steal for something so well made.Setup is straightforward for the tent, the rain fly is a little counterintuitive: you have to put the poles in before you affix it to the tent. It is in the instructions though, which of course I didn't read until after.Only issue wiht it as I can see is the bag is probably a little small for everything to fit back in. I folded everything up to make it as small as possible but I had to put a decent amount of pressure on it to get everything in, which is an issue as I don't want to put a pole through the fly or something. Maybe there's an art to it, I'll try a few different ways and see how it goes.Recommend.
