Perfect for Arepas
Amazon is the only place I can find this flour at a decent price. Itâs not readily available where I am even from exotic food stores. Perfect for making arepas and the recipe is included on the pack so itâs easy to use.Always received packs with long dates and itâs always arrived well packaged to prevent damage to the outer packaging. I also use it in other gluten free recipes like empanadas and some flat breads as it binds together well without additives but is also flexible once cooked and gives a slightly fluffy texture inside. It does have a slight corn flavour but nothing overpowering and that goes perfect in the recipes I use it in.

Perfect for arapas
It's great, I love to make arapas with my Colombian pork recipe. You may need to practice the first few batches in order to get the batter consistency correct and learn how to cook them correctly. I suggest looking at a youtube video first. But the PAN product is great, and I can't find it in London shops, so Amazon is my supplier.

FĂźr SĂźdamerikaner darf PAN in der KĂźche nie fehlen
fĂźr SĂźdamerikaner darf das vorgekochte Mais Mehl nicht in der KĂźche fehlen. PAN ist qualitativ (meiner Meinung nach die beste Marke) und die bekannteste Marke. Kann man fĂźr Arepas, Empanadas verwenden, etc... Aber Geschmackssache fĂźr jemanden, der die sĂźdamerikanische KĂźche nicht kennt und die Form der Zubereitung. Einige liebens, andere haut es nicht um.
