Is this an heavy duty hack saw so that through everything from metal, wood and ceramic tiles?

I very much doubt it, it took me hours to trim some heavy but rather thin metal.

Is this up to the job of cutting down mountain bike handlebars? Thanks.

It took me ages to saw a lock to fit a window so not sure about bike handlebars!

Can this saw through mdf?

It should do I managed to saw through metal ok.

Is this suitable cutting excess bit of metal from my roller blind?

Yes it is supposed to cut all kinds of metal, but I would say thin metal, It should certainly be able to handle the aluminium of a roller blind
