Solid
Can be used for cardboard (chomped amazon boxes and the box it came in easily). I use the cardboard for composting, so this is perfect

It works really well and has a good storage underneath so I don't have to empty often
It works really well and has a good storage underneath so I don't have to empty often. It said it won't let you work for a long time but mine does and I never had to wait for it to cool down. It does suit my purposes.

To Be Avoided
Very, very disappointed with this. Paper gets jammed in the cutters and you have to empty frequently otherwise paper falls down back of the drawer and you have to fish it all out by hand. Anything more than 2-3 sheets it cannot handle. Also, not a cross cut shredder, more like strips. Definitely not recommended.

Good value with minor flaws
Good product. I've found just two issues: 1. Though it does work for the time frame advertised before going into a cool down period, this is nuisance. If you have lots to shred in a short period of time, you might want to consider upgrading. 2. The storage bin for the shredded paper is large, but when it becomes full, it can be awkward to open, as the shredded paper jams against the top of the unit and makes sliding out the storage bin harder to do. It will come out with a bit of wiggling, but this can make a bit of a mess, which kind of defeats the point of the bin in the first place. The solution is to empty regularly, but odds are, you won't. Otherwise, it's a good value shredder. It works quickly, can handle a good number of sheets in one go and can hide away is a fairly small space.

Good quality shredder
Just received my shredder and tested it out. 1. Quality construction. 2. Shredder size not as small as other cross cut shredders, but tolerable for moderate to low security papers. 3. Regularly check the bin as it fills quickly and can jam up the bin, requiring removal of shredding build up around the blades. 4. Over all, this is a good quality and sized shredder for its price point. Suggest users don’t wait for large qty of shredding, which avoids over heating and frequent emptying of waste bin. Recommended household shredder for working from home.
