Easy to swallow haven’t taken enough to feel the benefit as yet

Too soon to tell, I will update in a month or two. My only gripe, albeit very petty is the barcode stuck over the dosage directions, was a bit of a pain, to peel off enough to see the correct dosage.

I have only started these so too soon to say anything about them. They came well packaged and they are easy to swallow

Arrived quickly, but capsules are far too big for me to swallow, and therefore i cannot take them.

Bought for my husband and they really help his joints and aches. He really notices when he doesn't take them so we have them on save and subscribe now

The only problem I think it has is u have to take two tablets per day, and sometimes u can just forget to take the second

Im in my mid 40's (F) and had started taking this on and off for the last 2 years, just because Im forgetful or lazy sometimes.But I have noticed that when Im off it, my knees hurt after my workouts especially after jumping and squatting. And when Im on it, no knee pain after my workout. I don't know if it's just psychological, but I now make a conscious effort to consistently take these after dinner.
