RAD Roller I Myofascial Release Tools I Medium Density I Self Massage Mobility and Recovery (Green)

Works well but for what i had it was more severe. Ok for muscle aches.

This is an amazing product which I use all over my body. Comes with handy instructions to get the best use of the roller. Everyone who comes around my house ends up using it for niggling aches and pains. Brilliant product.

Such a clever little tool. I’ve almost stopped using my foam roller because this gets into all the knots nicely. Previously used a tennis ball but it would slip away. This holds steady so no danger of a slip.

Amazing piece of Kit but why no protective bag like the hard version ?

Excellent - great help for massaging tight muscles

I have a very challenging back. My chiro recommended this tool. I'm using it almost exclusively and nearly forgot I have a foam roller!!! Plus it's small enough for regular travel. I'm looking forward to results in 3-6 moths' time :-)

As described. No complaints

The Raller really straightens the back after using it, but it feels hard.

My bodyworker husband has just about every tool and gadget for myofascial release and massage that's been invented, and so far I like this one the best. I have a lot of arthritic symptoms in my back and a lot of locked up muscles, stuck ribs, you name it. I prefer these over the blue because they are slightly more forgiving, and very helpful for loosening stuck joints in my mid/upper back especially. A quick roll or a longer session, both help. I've also used them on a sticky, cushier yoga mat to sort of lean my first and second ribs into while laying down, especially as close to the top of the first rib as I can get, almost on top of traps because first ribs are always stuck and traps always rock hard, and a major headache inducer. I position it so that there is one ball I'm really leaning into, the other one is out from under me but turned so that they don't roll, and it's almost like I'm sitting and someone is pushing down on top of my trapezius muscle if that make sense. That second ball keeps it from rolling, and I can leverage my body weight for more pressure with more relaxation of that area than I would be able to with my fingers or a Theracane. If I'm patient, usually enough to feel the muscles and fascia gradually releasing. My husband likes these for his low back. With my lumbar disc issues, all these tools are too aggressive. Great for my upper back, though.

The RAD Roller is such a great product. In my opinion, it is much more effective than a conventional foam roller and does a phenomenal job at releasing tension in muscles. There is a slight learning curve, but the company offers great videos on youtube to demonstrate various techniques for utilizing the product. Overtime, I have been able to better understand the problematic areas in my body (a lot more than I expected). I used to go the chiropractor every 2 weeks to correct my posture, but now I will only be going after several months for routine adjustments as the rad roller is great at loosening my back muscles (or any muscle for that matter) to help me correct my posture. Additionally, using the RAD roller on my neck has been very relaxing and I never realized how much tension everyone holds. I would highly recommend this to everyone and not just people with pain/tension, as it results in great relief and relaxation.I would also suggest that anyone who purchases the RAD roller also purchase the RAD block. I do not have a RAD block but after using the RAD roller, I have seen the limitation of the techniques that can be done. The RAD roller is great on its own, but shoulder and upper back muscles are difficult to massage without a block.

Gute Qualität 👍
