Can you shorten the length of this?

Yes - just need to either tie knots or cut and re-tie the ropes to the hooks at the top. I bought this a year ago and my kids love it - I can even swing on it - no problem as an adult - is actually fun. You can adjust the height as you wish. it comes very long/ ie. out of the box super low to ground - but if you have little kids that is good. If you want for big kids or adults you can shorten.

It comes with the woden frame?

No, it is just the swing as pictured.

what are the dimensions of this and how soon can I receive it in OH?
