The presentation of the kettle is at variance with the actual product's appearance and quality. The kettle's outer surface got heated up; there is a slight leakage at the bottom; and the inner bottom of the kettle is not plain and hence will be difficult to clean. I had to return the product because of leakage and other problems mentioned above. poor value for money.

Postive: Drum easy to clean Negative: Outer part heats up. Need to be careful when handling. The light that comes up when in use is below the handle. Takes effort to check if the heating is on

Little bit expensive but okay, product also ok, but packing total mismatch in satisfaction.

The finish and performance of the product is very good. The outer body is glossy. If it is matt finish it would be more appealing ! Well, it is individual taste. Good buy !!

First I have received damaged product. Second time in exchange i have received again used product.. after using for 2 days handle is cracking in second day itself
