Yes! The Watch 5 Pro has an IP68 rating like many newer smartphones, but it ALSO has a 5ATM rating. The 5ATM rating means that it can withstand being submerged up to 50 meters (about 150 feet) deep underwater. So it can easily handle activities like swimming. In fact, there are swim-tracking features in the fitness app, and a WaterLock mode to disable the touchscreen from accidentally sensing water drops as a touch.
