Met all expectations but hard to pull apart if you insert slats in wrong place
Love this! Color and wood grain look authentic and it is sturdy and beautiful. The slats have bumped up tabs that click into the slots. I had the left and right side rails reversed which caused the top not to fit. It was a real struggle to un-snap the tabs to dissassemble. Read the very well written and illustrated instructions carefully before you go clicking things in. I guess I was just too excited to get it up and didn’t notice that the side rails are not interchangeable. Minus my mistaken setback, it would have taken about 30 minutes to assemble. Used a drill to install the screws because the PVC was too tough for me to drive them in with a screw driver.

lovely prodect
Our townhouse walk out upper deck is very close to our neighbors' and we would see them all the time through our patio doors. But local building restrictions prevented any building of permanent walls or screens so I bought this and zip tied it to the deck railings and put hanging plants on it and some plants in front to hide the zip ties. Now we have a screen that won't blow over and has weathered several severe storms and really looks nice. As a caution - though I assembled it mostly by myself ( 70 year old , five foot tall woman) - it is easier to assemble with two people. And ---DO NOT tighten any screws on the upper arch pieces until you have fitted all the pieces together. Once tightened, the screws lock in place. The upper arch halves and diagonal slats need to be dry fitted first to see how the pieces can wiggle a little bit into place and then wiggle onto the main lattice piece.

These are good.
I bought three of these for clematis and roses. They assembled fairly quickly with minimal tools, are sturdy and look nice. Haven’t seen how they overwinter yet but so far so good.

Sturdy and Looks Amazing!
There is a learning curve to outting these together. We snapped one together wrong and it took two of us to pull them apart to do it over. They look great with my new vines!

So far so good. Easy assembly
I’m really happy with this product. I read all the reviews so I laid the whole thing out and made sure all the wholes/slats lined up with the step pictures before I snapped anything together. Assembly took about 15 min from there. I did use my drill to pre-drill the screw holes which definitely cut down on the remaining assembly time. All total took about 30 min. I used the ground anchors to to install it in my flowerbeds and it was easy. We get 20-30mph winds in the regular and I think this will do just fine in my yard. So happy with how it turned out and can’t wait for my Peggy Martin Roses to fill in this summer!!!

Take care…Terrible instructions
Our trellis was packed with the footings packed in the top portion of the trellis. Thus, I put it together upside down. I was unaware until the last step that advise the top bar should have holes in it. If there was a parts list I would have known this. Once the parts are snapped together they don’t come apart. CS department tells me this wouldn’t have happened if I had watched the on line instructions! I finally received a replacement and it is beautiful but awful non instructions and worse customer service

Garden accent
We really like our wood-looking trellis. It blends in with our natural wooded garden. It was easy to assemble with two people. However, we would have appreciated it if the directions had brought to our attention how to insert the lateral posts as we were weaving them through the vertical slats. We had locked them in place before we noticed that the insert holes for the slats were staggered for a reason, but it was too late to do anything about it. We ended up having to drill holes in each slat where it crossed a vertical slat so we could put our own screws in to keep the cross slats close together and keep the horizontal slats from bowing out away from the vertical slats. A mere mention of the importance of weaving the horizontal slats according to the placement of the insertion holes would have solved the problem.

Attractive, but difficult to assemble.
There was some slight damage to one of the struts upon opening, but not enough to warrant a return. Reasonably difficult to put together but quite attractive when assembled. Could do with longer plastic feet to allow a greater height!

POOR PRODUCT QUALITY - Product assembly difficult and pieces crumbled in my hands
When the package arrived some pieces were damaged. I e-mailed and called the manufacturer, as per the instruction in the box. It has been over a month and I have not yet received a return call.I optimistically moved forward with constructing the trellis (anticipating that replacement pieces would be forwarded later). As I assembled the trellis, the composite coupling pieces broke and or cracked. I have repaired the pieces with tape, sealant and liquid adhesive. The trellis is at the back of our yard so the visual impact of my jerry-rigged repairs is minimal. However, overall the quality of this product is poor at best.

Looks great but cracked putting together.
Love the look but the pieces cracked putting it together. Would have given more stars but the cracked pieces brought it down.

False advertising
False advertising of product.I would be curious to know the actual pourcentage of wood fibre in this product as it is in fact pvc plastic and as such is very fragile and polluting. The arch cracked at its junction points when we assembled it.VERY disappointed . I was expecting a wood composite treillis of quality. It is not.
