Is this the same product that just been rebranded?

That is correct, the formula for Boost has not changed. Our new era of care offers several sustainable packaging options and all of our products are now vegan, sulfate-free and always cruelty-free. Former ingredients have been replaced with their vegan counterpart. Same great product, new clean and kind formulas.
