Okay... I realize I'm not part of the intended audience, but Carolyn has too powerful a presence and too successful a track record to not want to sneak a read. Not surprisingly, this book is a gem... Wow, do we guys have a lot to learn from epic women like Carolyn!

The relevance this book will have to those women in all stages of life, career, and journey is unparamount. I found myself pausing frequently to throw myself into the Decade Game, and found her insights as a women tackling her career, personal life and social equities to be extremely relatable. “You can’t get here from there, but you can get there from here…”. Highly recommend this read!
