Excellent selection BUT...
The Dell Latitude 7490. I received look like a new laptop. Everything works great and it's Speed is acceptable to me. Only concern I have is the battery received with laptop has a diminished life, but I should’ve expected that. A new battery is inexpensive so even with the purchase of a new battery it was an excellent buy

I complain a lot, but not this time.......
After fedex drooped the ball and delivered 4 days late, I must say I am happy with this purchase. The computer came in a regular shipping box, but it was protected very well, inside of a plastic bubble folder. The laptop works great and is clean, with no real signs of prior use. So far this is a great refurbishing job!

Stay Away from this company as max as you can
I’m usually someone who leaves positive reviews even when things are just “okay,” but in this case I feel obligated to share my experience. My financial situation is tight, and my computer is essential to my business—especially for video editing—so I trusted this company and purchased a laptop from them. From day one, the “period/dot” key didn’t work. I tried to manage, but even basic web browsing became frustrating. Then, just a few days after the warranty expired, the laptop began to overheat while running only two basic applications. Based on my experience, it seems like the thermal paste or cooling system was faulty from the start. I contacted the company multiple times for help, but I received no response and no support. For something as important as a work computer, reliability and customer service matter—and unfortunately, I didn’t get either here. For sure with this company NEVER EVER AGAIN

Fantastic Laptop
Fantastic Laptop. Bought for my daughter, she is going start her school for Mechanical Engineering. Laptop has 32GB RAM, which is big advantage and she can run all kind of high end Engineering software. It is also tuch screen option. Special thanks to TekRefurbs.com

Excellent Refurbished Laptop!
I purchased this with high hopes, and I haven't been disappointed. This computer is actually even nicer than the one I have for work! It is fast, has the latest Windows, was easy to setup, and the battery life is amazing. It has more ports than my work laptop and the monitor is beautiful. The backlit keys are hugely helpful and the touchscreen helps when I am on the go. When I received the laptop, it was super clean and looked brand now. I really am thankful I found this deal!

Compré un producto hipotéticamente excelente porque no tiene daños visibles y funciona perfectamente luego de haber sido limpiado y revisado: externamente bien pero en cuanto a lo interno es una FALSEDAD, pues el video viene dañado con rayas horizontales desde que corre el setup y hasta que aparece windows o cualquier otra página
