Love this fish batter. Good and not too spicy.

I use this for frying crappie and occasionally flathead catfish. It's a little too cajun for my taste, but I also understand that everyone has a different taste preference. My wife loves this stuff. I prefer the "Light and Krispy", also from Uncle Buck's. I bought both and we use both.
