Great for Beach Sand
We added the Standard Cleaning Set and use this for cleaning floors and vehicles. Here in Florida we can drive on the beach which adds tremendous quantities of sand to the inside of the vehicle. This vac system gets the sand off the rubber floor mats and the fabric seats beautifully. It also works great on tile and wood floors, even in the caged pool area outside. Low and easy enough to drag around without tipping. Low noise and good suction. Highly recommended!

Probably going to get one or two more for other tools
Honestly i don't know why i waited so long to buy this. I have a large 3HP Jet Dust collector and I'm seriously considering selling it and just getting a couple more of these. It works great, its small enough to hide in a cabinet or out of the way. Its unbelievably affordable compared to other shop vacs and what you get. Plug the tool into it and it comes on automatically. Very Very happy with it so far.

Great
I've always wanted this vacuum cleaner. I'd been using a similar one for three years, and finally got around to buying my own. Festool is one of those brands designed to last and work hard all day, every day! I highly recommend this vacuum if you're a painter, or if you're just using it for carpentry or cleaning. Its EPA filter won't let out any unpleasant odors or unwanted particles. It's excellent quality!

Great for keeping your sanding jobs virtually dust free
This is my 1st Festool device. I'm very impressed with it. It is quieter than your regular shop-vac. The variable speed vacuum motor is very handy for when you're attaching smaller tools. Yes it is pricey, but compared to the Bosch and other HEPA vacs, it's right inline with them. My only major complaint is that the auto start function only allows a 2 Amp max device to be plugged into the vacuum. The bigger festool vacs I think will handle 10 amps. But for orbital sanders or Palm Sanders it works fine.

Why did I wait so long
Love this machine. Works great at dust extraction!

Hose storage poorly thought out winding the hose on top and bungy cording down is a big hassle.
Festool is a high efficiency vac and really does a great job completely keeping dust from escaping the filters.

Small but efficient
Hartville Hardware has great customer service…item usually ships same day. I have a CT 36 that is hooked up in my workshop. This smaller CT 15 is perfect for doing sanding in a room I am redoing in the house. Works great.
