Can this use the all metal buttons or does it only do the ones with plastic backs?

it only do with the plastic backs

When you pressed it only closes 80%. How can I fix this problem?!?

The button maker doesn't work, I had to return mine. I got no assistance from the manufacturer. They did try to pay me to take down my negative review. I turned them down and just asked them to fix their product, they offered more money instead.

Does this machine need to fixed the base when use it ?

It depends to yourself, if you need to fixed it, we have send two screws; if not, please holding the back handle when you use it.

What kind of paper can use it for the machine

Applicable Papers: Photographic paper 128-138g/m2, no more than 157g/m2(34-40LB, no more than 41LB); Multi purpose paper 70g/m2-85g/m2(18-22lb, 20lb is recommend).
