Getting some household furniture refinished and our wood craftsman recommended an Orange cleaning and protective product for our chestnut door, window frames and other “this old house” wood. The product is without petroleum distillates and from a well know wood vendor

So much better than others. For years my dad swore my dad swore by liquid gold and my mom Murphy's. I bought this based on the reviews and both of them are now firm believers along with me in Howards. The product actually soaks into the wood creating a long term polish.

UPDATE ~ EDIT ~ 4.10.24:So, this past weekend I locked my cats in my bedroom, opened all the windows and doors in my tiny apartment, donned some latex gloves, an old pandemic mask, and my glasses.Now I understand. I did not expect the change to be SO drastic so I did not take before & after pics… but oh my gracious the changes 😍 I didn’t realize how much they needed this TLC and before I knew it I was wiping down every single thing with it.I am giving it a 4/5 because it does not warn you of the precautions you need to take beforehand. However, it was impressive enough to come back here and update my review for anyone that wants to know more.Original review:— BUYER BEWARE!!!!! —It’s funny how nowhere on this {sale} page does it share the warnings. You don’t even get a photo of the back of the bottle in the photos the maker/creator/seller shared. But not everyone does that because why would anyone suspect such warnings on the back that was not shared with the potential buyer beforehand.

This is amazing, can’t afford new cabinets and ours are old. It is easy to use and they are clean and shiny

Works great for what it's designed for, also works REALLY great as an ant deterrent.i honestly use it more for ants than for furniture
