Venja Weight Lifting and Crossfit Shoes for Men & Women

As I add more weight to my squat and deadlift, my gym shoes aren't cutting it.They wiggle around and squish under my feet, and I've been experiencing pain and numbness. So I got a pair of these. Stylish and comfortable, with a rigid sole. Some lift, not a lot, it feels balanced. Then I get under a bar and go to squat. The feeling is like night and day. My feet just... stay put. It's easier to break parallel, walk it off and onto the rack.If you lift heavy, get yourself some shoes for it. These are great.

This shoe is an excellent all round cross trainer. Good for weightlifting, light cardio (warm ups, cool downs) and everyday use. However, like all cross trainers, there are some trade offs. Heel is not as stiff as a dedicated weightlifting shoe, so you should buy the other model if your goal is maximal squats and deadlifts. Also, heel is too stiff for running / jogging for longer periods of time, so you should get a running shoe for that purpose. For the generalist, however, it is probably the perfect shoe.

These are great. Perfect support for squats, light cardio was fine too. Highly recommend. Material seems solid, not imperfections I could spot. I think the black from the box rubbed off on the toe while shipping. Wiped off easily.

I have balance problems and tight hamstrings my trainer asked that I get lifting shoes I chose these and they helped tremendously with my squats and deadlifts

Shoes look much better in person and the online pictures don't do it justice. With that said, even if the shoes were ugly, it shouldn't matter because these are meant to serve a purpose which is weightlifting. Chuck Taylors was my previous gym shoes, and the venja is my first real squat shoes. These shoes makes squatting enjoyable as they are able to plant firmly down with the floor which helps with stability and balance, and with the heel support you can hit depth easily. Also relatively affordable when you compare quality per price of other squat shoes. Worth!

I love these shoes. They keep me balanced during squats and deadlifts. If you're lifting in running shoes and switch to these, youll realize how much of a mistake you were making before. Very good quality. Just buy them there no way you'll be disappointed.

Light weight, stable. I wear 10.5 wide and 11 fits fine. Bought these again because i lost my last pair. Would rate higher, but this pair came with a shoelace discolored on one shoe, amd velcro stained on the other...

This shoe is quite comfortable and adds considerable stability under a heavy load. I am very satisfied with the product, especially at this competitive price. The heel lift is enough to be helpful without being excessive.

Love these bad boys. Most comfortable and sturdy lifting shoes I have tried in this price range.I will definitely buy another pair when that time comes. My feet stick to the ground when Deadlifting and Squatting.
