Where's Bear?

Simple, cute, and easy for younger kids to play without getting frustrated. Fun little game that keeps them engaged and encourages family play time.

I am an early childhood special education teacher. This game is great for language skills! It is simple but also open ended and can be modified for many different abilities. My kids love this one!

My almost 2yo loves this! “More hide bear!” is something she frequently asks for now and she also loves pointing at the images on the boxes, pretending to have the bear go down the slide, stacking them… I’m surprised and impressed by how much use she’s getting out of this!

My 2 year old (and his 4 year old brother) are really getting into this! The game is essentially a set of sturdy cardboard nesting boxes with illustrations of various rooms in Bear's house and a wooden bear figurine. There are two ways to play. For the first, you can hide the bear figurine under a box while the other players close their eyes or go to another room, and then try to find the bear. For the second, you and your child look at the boxes together to try to find various pictures (for example, where are the blocks in Bear's playroom?). The illustrations on the boxes are lovely and the boxes are pretty well made and seem like they would last for a long time. The box this comes in isn't too big, and I brought it with us when we traveled this summer, since it makes for a nice family activity and it is easy to keep track of the pieces. This is not the most original game and I think I could have created the activities with other things we already had in the house. The first version of the game really could be played with any nesting box or nesting cup set and figurine, and the "Can You Find It?" game could be replicated with a Richard Scarry book from the library. The illustrations and the bear figure do make this a bit special and intriguing to my children and I'm still glad we made the purchase. We also have Bunny Bedtime which my children also love and is a bit more original.

My 2 yr olds favorite game. Many different ways to use it. Memory, clues to location, word usage and labeling!!

When I ordered this game, i wasn't exactly sure that my 2 year old would be engaged with it or be able to play it "correctly." But he absolutely does! He LOVES this game! He hasn't QUITE figured out how to hide it himself when it comes to "turn taking," so this has been great practice in teaching him what it means to take turns. I would absolutely buy from this company again and am already looking at their store for his upcoming birthday!

This is an adorable toy! I bought one for my oldest grandson and have purchased another for one who is younger. It is well made and lots of fun for both of us. The little bear has been used with this game as well as joining other characters in creative play. The boxes encourage the child to look for different objects in the pictures. My grandson had fun hiding the bear under one of the box "rooms" and I would ask him questions like. "Would I go here if I was hungry?" or "What if I was going to take a nap?" He also made stairs from the blocks for the bear to get up on other things. I wish I had bought it about 6 months ago as I think that it would be more of a challenge (he received it just before his 3rd birthday) but I know he will continue to find fun things to do with the bear and the blocks!

My daughter just turned 2 and she got this game for Christmas. It’s a great game. So fun to play hide and seek with the little bear. She gets so excited to play. The blocks are colorful and she enjoys looking at them with all the different rooms. Also she can stack them. All in all it was a great game for a little kid and it doesn’t take up too much space to store

My two year old loves this game. Simple concept for younger children to understand. Can also be used for older children to practice story telling

Let me share my joy about Peaceable Kingdom Where's Bear? - it's an absolute hit with my grandchildren! This game has brought so much laughter and excitement into our playtime. First off, the concept is simple yet engaging. The colorful stacking blocks and adorable bear figure capture the attention of my 2-year-olds immediately. They love hiding the bear under the blocks and then guessing where it's hiding. What's fantastic is the educational value of this game. It helps develop their cognitive skills, like problem-solving and spatial awareness, all while having a blast. Plus, it encourages social interaction and cooperation as they take turns hiding and seeking the bear with their siblings or friends. The durability of the blocks is impressive too. They're made of sturdy cardboard that withstands rough handling from little hands, ensuring that this game will last for many playtimes to come. Overall, Peaceable Kingdom Where's Bear? has become a cherished part of our playroom. It's engaging, educational, and brings endless joy to my grandchildren. If you're looking for a fun and interactive game for your little ones, I highly recommend giving this one a try!

It’s a bit pricey for what it is but my toddler likes it.

Great toy for a younger child.

Our grand daughter loved this game. We gave it to her 3 years ago and played several times up till she was 4 years old.
