I own several, ok, a lot, of Dewalt battery operated tools, including a push mower. The mower is great and does a good job mowing our medium sized back yard. Where do these batteries come in? The 10 Ah batteries that came with the mower are not very good, with one of them going bad before the end of year 2. We got by using different sized batteries for that one, until the second battery starting discharging early in a mow. These Flexvolt 9 Ah 20v/60v Max batteries are great. They are not quite as large as the 10 Ah batteries, but are about the same physical size, and fit the mower perfectly. They are not cheap, however, even though they are less than the 10 Ah ones, which are ridiculous. They mow the yard and have more than 50% charge left on them, giving us enough power to get the close up parts of the front lawn mowed. The rest is done on a riding mower. I would recommend these batteries to anyone needing to replace their 10 Ah batteries, which seem to have issues.
