Love this soldering iron # 1 reason is the led lights Built in and very lightweight . It even comes with a small stand to rest on in between use !!

Perfect for me, I had bought other brands of soldering irons and I see that this brand is good and of good quality material, I recommend it, I give it 8 out of 10 and what I did not like was that it did not arrive the next day and at the same time as they announced when I bought it and it appeared to me IT IS POSSIBLE THAT YOUR PACKAGE HAS BEEN LOST

Let there be lights!
I mean how could you go wrong with this soldering iron? The price is absolutely reasonable, and on top of everything its a Weller. Regardless of what angle your work is, or any other variables the ring of light makes seeing what you need to extremely convenient. This soldering iron quality makes this worth the price, so if you are on the fence at all just get it. I personally cant see someone having any legitimate reasons why they feel differently.

Not the same quality
This was not the same unit I was replacing it with and the tip melted off after a few hours of use. When I tried to replace tips by using the model number on the Weller base, the tips were a different size.

Heats Up Quickly And Has Lights To Boot
This Weller Soldering Iron heats up quickly and the lights that circumvent the soldering tip shine well enough on the item being soldered to make visual inspection totally focused on the pinpoint area of work. This feature is perfect for circuit board soldering of electrical contact points. The 30 watts provided exceeds the 8 watt Weller battery operated unit I also have for doing lighter work, but said latter unit didn’t get hot enough for repairs on existing circuit boards. This unit does the job.
