The product is decent. It’s heavy so don’t drag it and you need 2 or more people to move it. Plan on 2-3 hours to assemble it if you are fairly handy or more if you are a novice butthe assembly instructions are great and follow to the T you will be done without rework. I think it needs better guidance on what screws go exactly where. Like an extra sheet of instructions but the manufacturer stinged on paper.Overall the set looks good. No complaints there. Just like the picture.Our table topCame with a big huge scratch. The seller told us to contact amazon and we got about a 33 percent credit. That was very nice of them- notbsure who is paying for it but not my fault. I was truly asking for a replacement table top but we were denied that.BUYER BEWARE- READ THISSo here is where it got tricky and why I did not give 5 stars. Not because we had a scratch but because I was trying to figure out how to get another table or set and about a week after purchasing this same product goes on sale for 10 percent less. I didn’t know how to get amazons attention to get that 57$ discount or credit post purchase so I gave a 1 star and write this story and amazon sent an email THAT THEY WILL NOT ALLOW THIS PUBLISHED.Now that’s what I would deem monopolistic business malpractice. I had a lot of regard for Amazon and also own their stock but this was a surprise. No explanation. No questions. No solution.All I had wanted was that silly credit. Most good stores give you the price difference - even amazon does if it is a lower price elsewhere. Here it was on THEIR OWN store !Sad but true. So this time I hope amazon will allow this post and it willNot get deleted by some ratings monitor and auditor sitting in a God forsaken place.

The product itself is fine, came with one scratch on one of the table legs, but overall a sturdy and pretty set fit for a small family. Would have made this 4 stars but due to the following: The process of getting this table was an ORDEAL. So many times it was delayed and rescheduled, delayed, rescheduled... Finally, when it arrived, we immediately put it together. Unfortunately the directions are not at all clear and it took 3 people having a discussion to interpret the directions. We ended up putting the chairs together incorrectly and having to disassemble them and figure out what we did wrong because the directions do not state how a piece is supposed to orient, nor are there instructions that tell how to put the items together. You only have very small, poor quality pictures to go off of. Also, I am a little skeptical on how the chair pad is attached to the chair frames, where it is only attached by some screws, no pre-drilled holes, no wood pieces, and I worry that the screws that are now facing up into the chair pad will eventually poke through over time. Thankfully I could not feel the screws when I tested the pads, but we shall see.

I put the table and chairs together, and then I sat down. The V. C. make a great 420 Product.

Our product is what we wanted and were excited to receive but delivered damaged (table) had a dent in it, scratched up on side and one of the chairs was also scratched pretty bad as well. The box was not in good shape upon arrival.

Nice table and chairs but edge of table top was damaged in two locations. Shipping box did not appear damaged.

The set is very nice, but what I don't like is the print is very easy to rub off, some print come off when I received, first I thought it was paper, but when trying to wipe with towel,it was print.

one of the chairs can not be installed well due to a wood screw hole was blocked by a screwwhich was in wrong place.called customer service for help
