Will these work for the taller lol omg dolls?

Yes. These stands will work for 11.5 Barbie type dolls.

Will these work for vintage sunshine family dolls 9 1/2 inches

It should. The ring is very small. That would be the issue. The width of Barbie Waist.

Do they fit generation 3 of monster high?

Yes! That’s exactly what I ordered them for and they fit perfectly. Except for Deuce, I had to use a male Rainbow High stand for him. 😄
