Can this work on a saltwater pool

Yup that's what I have and it works awesome! Be sure to backwash and rinse after using this stuff so as not to redistribute all of that gunk into the pool...This stuff is must-have magic.

Can I use water clarification on a 6x19 pool

You should be able to use it depending on the type of filter system installed to remove the particles formed by the clarifier, however note that the clarifier is intended for use in a spa tub of 300 to 400 gallons. Depending on the depth a 5x19 ft. pool contains up to 1000 gal or more.

My pool is green lil so I put in shock then got crystal shock How long wait turn clear this is my first time my pool turn green

Killing the algae is more important than worrying about using clarifier. Use algaecide & shock and kill the algae first. Then let your filter work. Give it time to do its job. Then you can add clarifier to clear the water. If your pool is really green you may need lots of algaecide & shock and it may take several days to clear up completely. Last resort: use flocculant (after killing ALL algae). Make sure you read the directions and don’t let the flocculant get into your filter - recirculate setting snd then let settle for a couple days & vacuum on waste setting.
