Lo que hace es reducir la ansiedad a largo plazo, hace que te tomes las cosas de otra manera, y eso hace que duermas mejor. Pero tienes que tomarlo un tiempo. Yo llevo casi un mes, y se nota. Funciona. Además este envase tiene para mucho tiempo. Después de que se acabe el bote recomiendan dejar de tomarlo como un mes antes de seguir de nuevo. Yo soy enfermero y lo recomiendo.
