BE SURE TO MEASURE NECKLACE
I did not take the time to measure the necklace usin the on screen nstructions. Thenecklace fit me like a choker i purchased the 16.4 and should have gotten a much longer one.

Don't waste your time or money
I have had a horrible experience. I gave this necklace to my daughter for Valentine's Day. She wore it for 10 days and it fell off her neck 3 times. One time, we were sitting in the car and I watched it fall into her lap. I tried to request a replacement or refund and was straight up rejected. The necklace is obviously a defect but since it is sold from a third party provider, I am screwed. Please save yourself the hassle and go direct to Pandora. I will be heading there for a necklace that will be guaranteed not to be defective.
