Does anyone’s else’s wiral lite make noise when on but not moving?

i just got mine and it makes a light hum and a very fine vibration that ruins the image on a dji pocket

can this go upward in an incline path?

Yes to a certain point but be advised if powered off it will roll down hill.

What is the weight capacity it can handle?

You should check Wiral LITE, they have different units and one is for heavier equipment. We did not use it for a camera but it could handle go pro it said.
