How do you stop it from sliding down?

Hi, ours doesn't slide down when we have our kids in it, but it does slightly when they are not in it. The straps from the push chair seem to hold it in Place well enough and if you clip the straps from your pushchair together when not in use, that helps it stay in place.

Can you still get to the fold handle on the joie litetrax 4 pram with this footmuff or does it need to be removed each time to fold it?
