The Charmer is a lovely shade that is versatile and always a lovely accessory. Many of my friends (including my own mother) want to know where I obtained the gloss and they want their own supply. It's very hard to find these days, but worth the search. Perfectly named - you do feel a bit more "charming" when you put it on.

I've never been dissatisfied with this product. Actually it's my favorite. Just very hard to get. Especially since Milani discontinued it. Now because it's hard to obtain, the price is astronomical. Very dissatisfied with with the price. The best gloss made for an African American woman.

I like charmer but it is a bit dark (I'm a caramel complexion), so I used the bronze doll bronzer brush to tap on a tiny bit on lower lip after applying charmer, then line with a brown lip liner, press lips and voila...

The best drug store lip gloss. I paid only 199$.
