Love the quality and build.
The product is premium in quality and build. Keeps the rotis hot and fresh for a while, but don't expect it to do so for hours. It does trap the moisture in when closed shut, thus keeping the rotis fresh. Love the way it feels to touch and also on the table.

Looks great, but doesn’t solve the purpose
Aesthetically the products is great. However it neither keeps the chapatis hot, nor keeps its shape. We got a replacement and still the lid gets bent. Ultimately leaving the product useless.

The roti box is beautiful but unfortunately after single use the lid is bent due to the steam .

It's not same as picture
I wish my in laws opened the box in India. We had this shipped in original box to US. When opened the printed picture has damage and look really bad.
