Does anyone know which seeds are included? We're up in Scotland, so need ones which can grow well up here as it's a gift for a novice gardener.

Herbs, beans,tomatoes etc perfect for a novice and they come with full instructions too

Are the seeds already in the number envelopes? This is a gift so I do not want my daughter to see which seeds she's getting before she opens the door

Yes the seeds are already in the numbered envelopes. On opening the box, all you have to do is unravel the string, then peg the bags onto it.

How many seeds in this are for herbs?

I think there were 4/5 herbs but overall i thought the calendar was fab

A good mix of veg and herbs eg rosemary, tomatoes, beans etc i was very happy with it
